Still in the middle of serious financial restructuring, F2 will have to hang on until 3rd July before they get their hands fully back on the controls…
While some "experts" may have prematurely written the company off, according to the latest info we’ve received, F2 should be back in proper business as from July, with a new management structure as we outlined a couple of weeks ago.
Board shaper but also responsible for deciding the board ranges, Patrick Diethelm has just spent 15 days in Thailand at the Cobra factory, supervising production of their 2009 boards, with the first production runs available sometime this summer.
On the organisational front, a small office will be retained in Austria to handle administrative matters, while the core team of Karin Jaggi, Diethelm and Daniel Aeberli will be using a more mobile head office, as is the trend these days, with nothing more complicated than a laptop computer and a mobile phone to set their "offices" up !
Of course all this still depends on the end of the legal machinations due on July 3rd…
