Parece ser que Neilpryde va a sacar mástiles RDM en el 2006

En la revista francesa Wind dicen que Neilpryde está desarrollando un mástil RDM para reemplazar el mástil X9 de wave.

En el foro de Neiplryde, ni lo confirman ni desmienten ... sólo dicen que si Neilpryde saca un mástil RDM, será el que mejor funcione para sus velas.

I won't comment on whether an RDM will be introduced by NP in 2006.

NP (and myself) have always maintained that RDM's were acceptable, but not ideal, for NP sails. They deflect more than SDM's, so they do not offer the intended range and performance achievable with an SDM.

If NP does introduce an RDM in 2006, you can be sure it will work better than other RDM's in NP sails. NP is certainly not going to introduce something that works worse!

Cierto ... eso ya no es dropshape ni es nada .. son mástiles RDM con la base ancha para el alargador.
